Hey Afaconados!

I don’t know what it is about plaid, but I’m loving it these days! It takes me back to the days when I was in high school and everyone wanted to wear the “Preppy” look.

For today’s Look of the Day, I combined a letter sweater with plaid trousers, navy peacoat and oxford shoes…all the trimmings to achieve a chic, preppy look! Enjoy!

Hey Afaconados!

I hope you’re all enjoying your Sunday afternoon! Okay, so here’s another look I put together as a potential outfit to take on my trip to NYC for the International Fashion Bloggers Conference. I’m very into animal prints right now so I wanted to incorporate an animal print in today’s Look of the Day.

For today’s look, I paired snakeskin shoes and a snakeskin clutch with a bright yellow colored blazer and coffee colored polka dot top to provide a contrast to the snakeskin. The reason I keep doing looks with blazers is really just because I want to look somewhat professional, even though I’m sure the bloggers attending this conference will wear a variety of different things (all of them stylish I’m sure).
