Hey Afaconados!
It seems like nowadays everyone is jumping on the Yoga bandwagon…even me! I absolutely LOVE doing Yoga. Not only does it increase your strength and flexibility, but for that hour and a half that you’re in that room…you have almost complete peace. If you haven’t tried Yoga yet, I HIGHLY recommend it.
I think Yoga has to be one of the most fashionable forms of exercise. There are countless stores dedicated to selling clothing, shoes, mats and even towels for it. You know what I say, if you’re going to do anything at all…do it fashionably!
